Overview

Z Sulehri International is a wholesale workwear manufacturer supplying businesses in Ohio: work trousers and shorts, hi-vis clothing, flame-retardant (FR) workwear, jackets and custom uniforms, with custom orders on request.

XCONS Solutions (Pakistan) took the project from the first round of market research to a live online store, and now runs its SEO. We chose the market, built a store ready to be found and to convert, and launched it fully stocked.

The store is positioned in a specific, searchable niche: wholesale workwear for Ohio businesses, in a market with good search demand and lighter competition than other US states and cities.

What this covered

  • Market Research
  • WooCommerce Development
  • SEO & AI SEO
  • Conversion

Project leadership

Led by Fakhri Abbas, who initiated the project and guided it from market research to launch. One XCONS leadership team oversees both the UK and Pakistan companies, with dedicated delivery teams in each.

Choosing the Right Market

The question was not only what to sell but where to sell it. We researched the market before any design or code, and had to do it twice.

  1. 01. First suggestion

    A market outside the US

Our first research recommended a country outside the United States, where demand and competition looked best. The client wanted to stay in the US, so we went back to the data.

  2. 02. Second audit

    Narrowing down the US

We compared US states and cities on search volume and competition, looking for a place where a manufacturer could compete: enough demand, but far fewer competitors than elsewhere.

  3. 03. The decision

    Ohio

Ohio had good search volume and less competition, and it needed less time to rank and start generating orders than other states and cities, so the client chose it.

Keyword and search volumes were measured with SEO research tools including Semrush and Ahrefs.

What We Built

  • 01

A catalogue of about 190 products

Workwear organised into clear categories for flame retardant, hi-vis, and men's and women's workwear, with every product live at launch so the catalogue was complete from day one.

  • 02

    Built to be found

An SEO-ready structure with a clean category hierarchy, XML sitemaps, breadcrumbs and structured data for categories and articles, written around what Ohio business buyers search for.

  • 03

    Content for buyers' questions

We wrote buyer guides on ANSI hi-vis classes, the NFPA 2112 flame-resistance standard, and how private-label workwear manufacturing works. Each answers a search buyers make before they order.

  • 04

Custom orders and the Design Lab

Custom sizing and a Design Lab: customers can upload a picture of a product that is not in the catalogue, customise it and place a custom order, even if the product is not listed.

  • 05

    Built to convert

A store designed for bulk and business buyers, with quick routes from category to product to order, and a clear path for large or custom requests so bigger orders do not stall.

  • 06

    Ready on day one

Checkout accepts Stripe and PayPal, shipping and tracking were set up before launch, and every product on the site was live on launch day, so the store could trade at once.

Under the Hood

What is running on the live site today, from its structure and code to its speed and tracking.

  • Search structure

Canonical URLs and breadcrumb markup on every page, collection data on category pages and article data on the guides, with a US English language setting, all running on the Yoast SEO plugin.

  • Speed

A LiteSpeed server with page caching, images delivered as WebP and lazy-loaded, and the lightweight Hello Elementor theme, which keeps pages fast across a catalogue of around 190 products.

  • Tracking & insight

Google Analytics 4 and Search Console connected through Site Kit, so organic traffic, search queries and landing pages can be measured category by category from the day the store launched.

  • Page building

Elementor Pro with The Plus Addons gives the team flexible layouts for category pages and landing pages without custom code on every page, so new pages are quick to build and stay consistent.
