Hi, I'm Fakhar E Abbas Alvi
I'm a Lahore-based growth systems builder and founder of XCONS Solutions. I build AI-driven growth systems that help businesses scale through SEO, automation and high-converting digital experiences: complete, structured systems that improve visibility, increase conversions and streamline how businesses acquire and retain customers.

4-Stage
Growth Engine System
From Self-Taught to Growth Systems
I started in 2017 by doing everything on my own. I wasn't happy with the work other people were delivering, so I taught myself how to do it properly, from design and code through to WordPress and e-commerce. Leading teams taught me that a great website nobody finds is just an expensive poster, so I added SEO. Then I added automation, because leads that wait for a reply are leads that leave. Today I put all of it together as one system, and I use AI where it genuinely earns its place.
Over time I've moved from building WordPress and e-commerce websites into designing full digital ecosystems: SEO (including AI search optimisation), Shopify and SaaS-ready platforms, automation workflows and conversion-focused user journeys.
I work across the full lifecycle of digital growth, from strategy and architecture to execution and optimisation, whether that means launching a new system or improving an existing one. The focus stays on performance, scalability and clarity.
