Overview

Workwear Manufacturer is a Sialkot factory that makes workwear for UK businesses: men's and women's workwear, hi-vis clothing and flame retardant workwear, from 25 pieces per style, with branding such as embroidery and printing.

XCONS Solutions Ltd. built its website from the ground up as a B2B wholesale site, not a shop, and wrote all of its content. There is no cart; every page is designed to bring a buyer to a quote, a sample request or an enquiry.

The site went live in October 2026. It is custom-designed and custom-coded in Next.js on Vercel, with SEO and AI SEO built into every page, so UK buyers searching for a workwear supplier can find it and know quickly what to send.

What this covered

  • B2B Website Design
  • Custom Next.js Development
  • Content & SEO
  • Quote Funnels

Project leadership

Led by Fakhri Abbas, who initiated the project and guided it from market research to launch. One XCONS leadership team oversees both the UK and Pakistan companies, with dedicated delivery teams in each.

Designing for Wholesale Buyers

A wholesale buyer does not shop the way a consumer does. Before any design, we planned the site around how a business actually buys workwear from a manufacturer.

  1. 01. The buyer

    Businesses, not shoppers

The audience is UK wholesalers, uniform suppliers, contractors and company buyers. They compare suppliers on minimum order, samples and customisation, not on a basket and a checkout.

  2. 02. The route

    A quote, not a cart

Orders start with a conversation about quantities, branding and specifications. So the site's main route is a quote request, with a sample request and a general enquiry beside it.

  3. 03. The search

    One page per search

We mapped the searches a UK buyer makes, such as wholesale, hi-vis and private label, to separate pages, so each page has one clear topic and one keyword-led title.

The result is a site where every search, page and form has a purpose: find the supplier, check the range, ask for a quote.

What We Built

  • 01

    A wholesale catalogue

A catalogue of four category pages (men's, women's, hi-vis and flame retardant), each listing its garment styles with wholesale and custom options, so buyers can see the range at a glance.

  • 02

    A real quote request

A wholesale quote form with quantity bands from 25 to 500+ pieces, nine customisation options, and artwork upload that accepts vector logo files, so a buyer can send a full brief in one go.

  • 03

    Samples and enquiries

A separate sample request form and a general enquiry form. Each one sends the team a notification and the buyer a confirmation email, so no request is left wondering.

  • 04

    Built to be found

Keyword-led titles and descriptions, canonical addresses, breadcrumbs, a 17-page sitemap and structured data on every page, so Google and AI assistants can understand the business and its range.

  • 05

    Content and guides

All the site's copy and four buyer guides, written by XCONS: sourcing from Pakistan, private label, minimum order quantities, and embroidery versus printing, each with answer-ready FAQs.

  • 06

    Privacy-first measurement

Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only after a visitor accepts cookies, and the site has privacy, cookie, and terms pages. Measurement is built in without tracking people who have not agreed.

Under the Hood

What is running on the live site today, from its structure and code to its speed and tracking.

  • Search structure

Structured data for the business, the website, breadcrumbs, services and offers, FAQs, articles, and the contact page, backed by one XML sitemap and a clean robots file.

  • AI-ready

An llms.txt file that summarises the business, its categories and guides for AI assistants, and a robots file that welcomes AI crawlers, so the site can be quoted accurately in AI answers.

  • Forms that hold up

Server-side validation, a hidden spam trap, a minimum fill time, a consent box, and limits on file types and sizes, with a share-a-link option for larger files.

  • Fast and flexible

Server-rendered React pages on Vercel's global network with images optimised by Next.js, and a light and dark theme the visitor can switch between.

Results & What's Next

The site launched in October 2026 as a complete B2B wholesale website: custom design, custom code, written content and buyer guides, working quote, sample and enquiry forms, and a search-ready structure from the first day.

Where it stands

“From a blank page to a custom B2B wholesale site made to be found and to bring in quotes.”

What happens next: XCONS is starting SEO for the site, building on the technical foundations and guides already in place, to bring more UK buyers to the quote form.
