Overview

Win Jobs sells exclusive lead generation to UK tradespeople. Leads go to one tradesperson, not several, there are no setup fees or long-term contracts, and every campaign is fully managed. It was founded by Derek Duffy, whose background is military leadership, international operations and sales, with Kenneth Daly, a trades business owner, as co-founder.

The business needed more than a website or a funnel. It had to take on trades businesses again and again, each with its own trade, services, coverage area, package and campaigns, without the process breaking at ten clients or at twenty.

XCONS Solutions Ltd. built all of it: the WordPress website, the GoHighLevel platform behind it, signup and Stripe billing, landing pages, Google Ads, lead and call tracking, and AI assistants for every trade. It launched in May 2026 and we still run it today.

What this covered

  • WordPress Website
  • GoHighLevel Platform
  • CRM & Automation
  • Landing Pages & Funnels
  • Google Ads
  • AI Assistants
  • Call & Lead Tracking
  • SEO Web Development
  • UI/UX Design
  • Ongoing Management

Project leadership

Led by Fakhri Abbas, who initiated the project and guided it from market research to launch. One XCONS leadership team oversees both the UK and Pakistan companies, with dedicated delivery teams in each.

The Challenge

Win Jobs is our biggest build. Three problems had to be solved in the design itself, because none of them can be fixed later.

  1. 01. Scale

Onboarding by hand does not scale

Every client has its own trade, services, coverage area, package and campaigns. Building each one by hand means twice the clients is twice the work, and the business is capped by one person's time.

  2. 02. Margins

    Thin margins, exact costs

Lead generation for trades earns little per enquiry, so the cost of winning one must be known to a campaign, a page and a keyword, not estimated once a month.

  3. 03. Capture

    No enquiry can be lost

Most platforms generate leads well and capture them badly: slow follow-up, missed calls and untracked sources. Reports look healthy because the leak never shows up in them.

The governing decision: map the whole customer journey first, then build one system to carry people through it, so that each stage hands off to the next automatically.

One Connected System

Rather than building separate tools and joining them up afterwards, we mapped the full journey, from a tradesperson finding Win Jobs to their campaigns being improved months later. Nothing waits for someone to remember it.

  1. 01

A trades business registers and picks its trade, services and coverage area, one short step at a time.

  2. 02

    Subscribe

It chooses a package, is verified, and subscribes through Stripe.

  3. 03

    Onboard

Payment triggers the CRM record, custom fields, welcome sequence and internal tasks automatically.

  4. 04

    Launch

The client's landing page and campaign are queued for deployment from reusable templates.

  5. 05

    Advertise

Google Ads run on a repeatable structure, with dedicated phone numbers and conversion tracking.

  6. 06

    Generate leads

Enquiries arrive by form and by phone, and an AI assistant qualifies them before a person steps in.

  7. 07

    Track

Every lead is tied to a campaign and a page, with a real-time Slack alert as it arrives.

  8. 08

    Optimise

Campaign results and Clarity recordings show what to change, and the changes follow the evidence.

The Offer We Built For

Everything was designed around four monthly plans. Each one bundles the management fee with a Google Ads budget, so the client pays one clear price.

  • Starter

    £600/ month + VAT

    Sole traders and one-man businesses

    Google Ads spend
    £300
    Estimated leads
    8 to 12 / month
  • Growth

    £900/ month + VAT

Small teams of 2 to 4 people

    Google Ads spend
    £500
    Estimated leads
    12 to 18 / month
  • Pro

    Popular

    £1,200/ month + VAT

Growing companies with up to 8 employees

    Google Ads spend
    £700
    Estimated leads
    18 to 25 / month
  • Elite

    £1,500/ month + VAT

Larger companies with 8 or more employees

    Google Ads spend
    £900
    Estimated leads
    25 to 35 / month

Included in every plan

  • Google Ads campaign setup
  • Ongoing campaign optimisation
  • A dedicated landing page
  • Lead tracking system
  • WinJobs app access
  • AI assistant
  • Call and enquiry notifications
  • Monthly performance reporting
  • Conversion-focused copy and design

Prices are per month plus VAT. Each trade is managed on an exclusive area basis: one business per trade in each location, subject to availability. Lead estimates assume a fully optimised campaign.

The Website

The public face of Win Jobs is a WordPress website we built from scratch. It sells the service, answers every question a tradesperson has, and hands visitors straight to the platform.

  • 01

    A custom WordPress build

Built in WordPress with Elementor Pro on the lightweight Hello theme, so every page is designed to the Win Jobs brand instead of coming from a ready-made template.

  • 02

    Brand and design

A bold, modern look in dark blue, yellow and white. It is mobile-first, because tradespeople are rarely at a desk, and made from reusable sections so new pages stay consistent.

  • 03

    A page for every question

Home, About, Trades, Pricing, Case Studies, Blogs and Contact, plus privacy, terms, refund and cookie policies, so a trades business can check everything before it signs up.

  • 04

    A story that sells

The home page moves from the problem of shared leads and wasted spend to the solution, three simple steps, the trades, the plans, a comparison with other providers, an FAQ and reviews.

  • 05

    Every trade in detail

A Trades page that lists the specific services each trade covers, from boiler installation to block paving, so every visitor finds their own kind of job.

  • 06

    Pricing that explains itself

Four plans side by side with price, ad spend and estimated leads, a Win Jobs versus other providers table, a twelve-question FAQ, and a booking calendar for bigger plans.

  • 07

    Straight into the platform

Every Choose Plan and Get Started button opens the registration page on the GoHighLevel side, and Client Login opens the WinJobs app, so site and platform feel like one product.

  • 08

    Proof on the page

Google reviews from tradespeople appear through a Trustindex widget, and a case study page reports one client's first-month result, so visitors see evidence before they commit.

  • 09

    Found in search

Yoast SEO gives every page a keyword-led title and description, an XML sitemap, structured data and an llms.txt file, and Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity track how visitors use the site.

The Platform We Built

Behind the website sits the platform: GoHighLevel at the core, joined to Stripe, Google Ads and Slack, so a new client can go from signup to live campaign without anyone doing it by hand.

  • 01

    Signup and onboarding

A registration and signup built for phones: account details, trade, services, coverage area, package, verification and Stripe subscription, ending in an automatic onboarding when payment clears.

  • 02

    A trade and service system

Trades, services and packages are data, not code. Adding a new trade means adding a trade, not rebuilding signup, and each trade gets its own services, landing pages and campaign structure.

  • 03

    CRM, sub-accounts and automation

A GoHighLevel setup with a sub-account for each new client, custom fields, onboarding workflows, pipelines, lead routing with source attached, and email and SMS follow-up.

  • 04

    Landing pages and funnels

Reusable, mobile-first templates built for paid traffic and for search: one clear offer, one main action, trust signals near the decision, and a form made for phones.

  • 05

    Client and admin dashboards

One view for Win Jobs across subscriptions, billing, campaigns, leads and tasks, and a live view for each client of their own leads and campaign performance in the WinJobs app.

  • 06

    AI assistants for every trade

Each trade has its own AI assistant, which asks the right questions, checks the job is inside the coverage area, works around the clock, and hands over to a person with the chat attached.

  • 07

    Google Ads infrastructure

A proven campaign structure for every new client: setup, conversion tracking, dedicated phone numbers, lead monitoring and ongoing optimisation, instead of a fresh design each time.

  • 08

    Tracking and live alerts

Lead source and campaign attribution, call tracking, Slack alerts for every new enquiry, instant text and email alerts for clients, and Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity on the website and landing pages.

  • 09

    Run by us, every day

We manage it today: GoHighLevel, new client sub-accounts, landing pages, funnels, workflows, automations, AI assistants, the ads, and the website itself.

Under the Hood

The decisions inside the platform that keep it working as the number of clients grows.

  • Calls are counted

Tradespeople's customers phone more than they fill in forms. Dedicated tracking numbers per client mean phone enquiries count, so the campaigns that work are never cut by mistake.

  • Minutes, not hours

A new enquiry sends a Slack alert at once. The gap between a lead arriving and someone seeing it is where revenue is lost in this market, and this closes it.

  • Evidence over opinion

Microsoft Clarity recordings, clicks and scroll depth show where a landing page loses people, so pages are fixed on what visitors do, not on what we guess.

  • Built to become a product

GoHighLevel carries the platform, WordPress carries the brand and organic search. The structure is meant to work at twenty trades and two hundred clients, not only six trades and 25.

  • Search, not only ads

GoHighLevel handles infrastructure well but content-led SEO poorly, so WordPress and Yoast carry the search work. Win Jobs does not have to depend on paid ads for its own growth.

  • Billing that triggers work

Stripe runs the monthly subscriptions, and a cleared payment starts onboarding on its own. Clients log in to the WinJobs app on its own address to see their leads.

Results & What's Next

Win Jobs launched in May 2026 and is live today. More than 25 trades businesses were onboarded in the first two months, and the figures below come straight from the Google Ads account.

Pro£1,200£70024.818 to 25
Elite£1,500£90031.825 to 35

Every plan lands at or above the middle of its published range, so the lead estimates on the Win Jobs pricing page come from what the campaigns actually deliver.

Across every business onboarded so far, one client has fallen short of the lead volume they were promised. Everyone else has received what was promised, and usually more: Starter clients have typically received 10 to 14 leads against a promised 8 to 12.

What made the numbers possible

  • Call tracking

Phone enquiries counted toward delivery, instead of being invisible.

  • Templated landing pages

Pages built to convert meant ad spend produced enquiries, not just clicks.

  • Clarity data

It showed where pages lost visitors, and those pages were fixed on evidence.

  • Slack alerts

Leads were acted on within minutes, not hours.

Conversions are tracked conversions in Google Ads, which can include repeat actions and modelled data.

Where it stands

“From a blank page to 25+ trades businesses onboarded in two months.”

Still live and still managed by XCONS: we run the website and the platform, set up new client sub-accounts, landing pages, funnels, workflows and AI assistants, and manage the ads. Onboarding has grown month on month, and the platform is built to grow into a full SaaS product.
