Who runs this site

What the site is for

The site gives general information about services, projects and ways of working. Using the site, or sending a message through it, does not create a contract or a client relationship. Any paid work is agreed separately, in writing, before it starts, and those terms apply to that work instead.

Information and results

• The content is general and is not professional, legal, financial or technical advice for your situation.
• Case studies describe real projects as they were at the time. Results depend on the business, market and many other factors, so they are not a promise of what any other project will achieve.
• Every effort is made to keep the site accurate and up to date, but it may contain mistakes or fall out of date, and it can change at any time.

Ownership and use of content

The text, design, graphics and code of this site belong to Fakhar E Abbas Alvi or are used with permission. You may view the site, and quote short extracts with a link back to the source. You may not copy, republish or sell the content, or pass it off as your own, without written permission.

Client, company and product names, logos and screenshots shown in the portfolio belong to their owners. They appear here only to describe work that was done, with the owners' knowledge, and do not mean that those companies endorse this site.

Using the site properly

Please do not:

• send spam, false information or anything unlawful or abusive through the contact form;
• try to break, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
• use automated tools to copy the site at a scale that affects its performance;
• use the site in any way that breaks the law or harms other people.

Search engines and AI assistants may read the site as described in its robots file.

The site links to other websites and services, such as LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Calendly and the websites of clients. They are not under my control, and I am not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
