Overview
OSO Clinic is a doctor-led aesthetics and IV therapy clinic in London, offering injectables, skin and regenerative treatments, IV drips, vitamin injections and more.
Its old website was a handful of pages in a portfolio style, with a dated design and very little content. It said little about the clinic, its treatments, or what a visit involves.
In 2025 we rebuilt it from scratch as a complete clinic website: a new custom design, a new structure, all-new content, a page for every service, and SEO built into the content and structure. We delivered it for Exter Media, OSO Clinic's agency, as their white-label developer.

Project leadership
Built by Fakhri Abbas as the white-label developer for Exter Media, which was OSO Clinic's agency. The redesign, the build, and the SEO-optimised structure and content were all delivered through Exter Media.
Before the Rebuild
The old site could not do a clinic's job. Before touching any design, we looked at what a patient needs from a clinic website and what the old one gave them.
01. The format
A portfolio, not a clinic site
A few pages in the style of a portfolio. There was no clear way to browse treatments, no detail on the clinic, and no pages for the services people search for.
02. The state
Dated and thin
An old design and very little content. With so few pages and so little to read, there was almost nothing for a search engine to rank and little to build trust.
03. The need
Patients need answers
Before booking, a patient wants to know what a treatment is, who it suits, what happens, how long it lasts and what it costs. A few pages could never answer that for dozens of treatments.
So the answer was a complete clinic website: one page for every service, each written and structured to answer those questions and to be found in search.
A Patient's Path Through the Site
We designed the structure around how someone chooses a treatment, so that every step has a clear next step, and the last one is always a free consultation.
- 01
Find it
Browse by treatment group, or start from a concern on the Conditions page, such as fine lines, tired eyes or low energy.
- 02
Understand it
A page for each service explains what it is, who it suits, the areas it treats and how it works.
- 03
Check the details
A treatment at-a-glance panel, a step-by-step process, FAQs and a pricing page answer the practical questions.
- 04
Book
A free consultation button on every page leads to an appointment form, online booking or a WhatsApp message.
What Every Service Page Holds
Each treatment has its own page, built on the same structure, so a patient always knows where to find the answer and a search engine always knows what the page is about.
- 01
A plain-language intro
What the treatment is and what it does, in simple words, with the clinic's approach and its London location stated near the top.
- 02
Who it suits
A short list of the people the treatment is for, so a visitor can tell in seconds whether the page is about them.
- 03
Treatment areas
Where the treatment is used, explained one area at a time, so the page covers each thing people search for.
- 04
Treatment at a glance
A quick panel with procedure time, downtime, pain level, how long results last, sessions needed and the starting price.
- 05
A step-by-step process
The journey from consultation and assessment to a tailored plan, the treatment itself, and aftercare guidance.
- 06
Before and after
A before and after section on treatment pages, so a visitor can see what to expect before they book.
- 07
Real questions, answered
A set of FAQs on each page covering safety, results, how often to repeat and what to expect.
- 08
Links to related treatments
Each page points to the closest related treatments, guiding visitors onward and showing search engines how the pages connect.
- 09
A way to book
A clear call to book a free consultation on every page, so a visitor who is ready never has to hunt for the next step.
What We Rebuilt
Everything was made from scratch: the design, the structure, the content and the SEO, so the site works as a whole.
- 01
A custom design
A design made for a premium clinic, not a template: clean layouts and clear calls to action, designed to work well on desktop and on a phone.
- 02
A clinic-wide structure
Treatments are grouped into injectables, skin and regenerative, weight management, blood tests, IV therapy, ozone therapy and vitamin injections, with genetics and longevity coming next.
- 03
A page for every service
Over sixty pages in all, including a separate page for each filler area, each IV drip, each vitamin injection and each skin treatment, rather than one page that tries to cover everything.
- 04
Browse by concern
A Conditions page groups treatments by what a patient wants to fix, across the face, hair and scalp, body and wellness, for people who do not yet know the treatment's name.
- 05
Clear pricing
A full treatment pricing page for London, organised by treatment type, so patients can see what things cost before they get in touch.
- 06
Process and aftercare
Consultation, step-by-step process, aftercare and FAQ content on every treatment page, so patients know what a visit involves before they arrive.
- 07
Mobile, group and bridal
Dedicated pages for mobile IV therapy, group and corporate bookings, and pre-wedding treatments, each aimed at a different kind of customer and search.
- 08
Trust built in
About, team and awards pages, Google reviews on the home page, a regulator link in the footer, and a blog, plus privacy, terms and cancellation policies.
- 09
Easy to contact and book
A free consultation button throughout, an appointment form, a WhatsApp chat button, online booking, a contact page with the address, and a newsletter signup.
Under the Hood
What the live site shows today. The clinic has kept updating it since 2025, so some details may have changed since we delivered it.
Search foundations
Yoast SEO gives each page its own title, description and canonical address, with an XML sitemap and an open robots file, and the titles lead with the treatment and the city.
Structured data
Markup that tells search engines about the clinic, its doctor, its opening hours and its reviews, and about individual treatments, plus breadcrumbs on the pages.
Booking, close at hand
Online booking through Pabau, an appointment form, and a WhatsApp chat button, so a visitor can book in the way they prefer.
Measured
Google Tag Manager and Google Site Kit connect the site to Google's measurement tools, so the clinic can see how patients find it.

Results & What's Next
In 2025 a few-page portfolio site became a complete clinic website: a custom design, a structure that covers every treatment, all-new content, and SEO built into every page.
Where it stands
“From a few-page portfolio site to a complete, SEO-built clinic website.”
The site is still live, and the clinic has kept adding treatments, pages and blog posts since our delivery, which a clear structure and a repeatable page design make easy to do.
